Illinois Department of Human Services Child Care Assistance Program: White Oak School currently accepts tuition payment through the Illinois Department of Human Services Child Care Assistance Program. Families must apply and qualify. Only a $25/week fee is due in addition to the co-pay specified by the state based upon your application. DAY CARE NURSERY SCHOOL

Day Care Hours: Open 6:30 A.M.-6:00 P.M. Nursery School Hours: 8:30-11:30 A.M.

Full Time (4 or 5 days) 5 mornings

Full Day (2 or 3 days) 4 mornings

Half Day w/ Lunch (5 days) 3 mornings

Half Day w/ Lunch (2, 3, or 4 days) 2 mornings

Tuition is due on Monday morning, and if not paid by Friday of the week due, a $5.00 late fee WILL be assessed.

There are NO refunds for non-attendance or school holidays. You must pay for the number of days for which you contract.

If you pay on a per day basis and your child attends school five days one week, you are not entitled to the full-time rates.
